Sign in

Use the same account you created on the Rook website. Desktop and web share one identity.

Sign in on first launch

1. Open Rook.
2. Click Sign in.
3. Your browser opens to the Rook sign-in page. Enter your email and password there.
4. After you sign in on the web, return to Rook. You're signed in.

Rook remembers your session on that machine. You stay signed in until you sign out or your organization revokes access.

Sign out

Click Sign out in the top-right corner of the app. Sign out before leaving a shared workstation.

Troubleshooting

• Invalid credentials: Reset your password on the website, then try again in Rook.
• Not on the roster: Ask an admin to add your email to the organization roster in WorkOS.
• Already signed in on 3 machines: Sign out of Rook Lateral on one of your other devices, then try again.
• Organization inactive: Contact your admin or Rook support.
